Easy to use, good purchase

My mother used to stop answering the phone next to her after 10 rings. Now she answers in 1, 2 or 3 rings.

When you amplify the sound, you unfortunately hear a good deal of “grating” noise, which is very disturbing. If you want to increase the sound, it's the grating that increases, not the volume, unfortunately.

The phone works fine, but you can't program the 9 before the number, so it was too difficult for my sister, and we're past the month for the return. So.....
