FAQs

If the person does not take the scheduled dose for the day, the pill dispenser will rotate to the next day's pills and will continue to rotate until the next scheduled alarm. Therefore, you will know that the previous day's dose was not taken because it will remain in the compartment.

The maximum number of daily alarms is 28.

30 minutes, or until the person has picked up the dispenser and tipped the tablets into their hand or into a bowl (not provided).

The advantage of having a voice message is that the intended user of the dispenser can receive a personalized message (no longer than 20 seconds). This is more useful than a beep that someone may hear but not understand what to do.

It depends on who keeps the key. The pill dispenser is lockable.

Bought this for my Dad, who was starting to forget to take his meds. It works fantastic, the alarm is loud so he never misses a dose. Easy to set up and fill. Love the thorough display that shows the next dosage time. The battery seems to last a long time. Highly recommended!

The pill box is locking if the pills are not taken in the hour. We could not exchange the machine. Customer service at this place is not great. Will not buy there again.
