FAQs

Yes, the companion pet comes with four type C 1.5V alkaline batteries.

Simply turn it over and find the opening on its underside. Pull the opening apart to reveal the battery compartment. Flip the switch from off to on. To quiet the dog, slide the power switch to mute. All other movements will continue.

The puppy responds to touch and voice in the following ways:

  • He turns his head towards you when you caress his cheek.
  • He moves his head when you pet him.
  • He barks and turns his head towards you when you talk to him.
  • The puppy goes into sleep mode when you don't interact with him for a few minutes. To wake him up, talk or pet the puppy.

Note that the puppy's legs are articulated but not robotic, so you can change his position from sitting to hunched down by sliding his front paws down in front of himself, but he is unable to perform any movements with his legs.

To clean the fur, it is recommended to brush it with the included brush and use a damp cloth to remove any dirt. Avoid using detergents or stain removers, and do not immerse the product in water as it is an electronic device.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced given your product is targeted at cognitively declining elders. The very expensive pup lasted about two weeks before it crashed. Upon asking for a picture, the whole experience was so depressing that I deleted the images of my malfunctioning pup.

Bouge peu. Jappe trop.

Expensive batteries. So we expected a better performance, given the rather expensive price.

The Golden Retriever puppy helped my mother in the lonely moments between our visits. He has all the looks and reactions of a real puppy: he barks gently, moves his head and tail and is very soft to the touch. A feel-good purchase that's impossible not to get attached to. Exceptional quality.

It's a great joy to see my father take care of his little dog.
People in long term care need a constant presence, and unfortunately we can't always be there.
Everyone should have their own little pet, and I recommend it to all families.
Thank you Eugeria!

Much appreciated by mom, and astonished looks all around.

Good, but very expensive for what it is. My father got tired of it very quickly, given how little the robot dog can do.

Grandma has quickly become attached to the blond puppy and talks to him. She even seems to have forgotten about her little dog, who was always in her arms.

The only negative point is the weight. She can't carry him.

It is as described. I did not see that it took "c" cells and assumed it would be "AA" so I bought the wrong batteries for Christmas but the batteries seem to last so wasn't a big problem. My husband is in 6th year of being diagnosed with Lewy Body and the time seemed right to introduce the puppy. He accepted it so well. Spoke to it right away. It has been a great companion. When he becomes irratated and then sees the puppy he speaks to it and becomes calm. Good information package with the product. Good service. We are happy with purchase.

My sister loves her dog. We had given her a cat that is now in a terrible state because she persists in feeding it. Since the dog opens its mouth wide when it barks, it's easier to see if there's food in it and remove it. This is a great product!

He moves to the sound of your voice and barks. My mother is very happy with her “Caramel”, who gives her a great time during the day! He's a good companion.

This dog is my best buy he is super beautiful I recommend him for all the people in loss of autonomy and even for the caregivers. We spend a lot of time talking with this little puppy. Bravo to your team.

It seemed to me that the dog wasn't the right size: it's upright, rigid and too big for a frail person's lap.
What's more, the dog's barking wasn't very pleasant, and ended up annoying me. In comparison, the cat's meows seemed friendlier and more sympathetic.

My dad loves him he talks to him he sleeps with him so very satisfied

Mom, adored her new companion (Chanel), handsome, gentle and very kind, answering her every time she spoke to him. She introduced him to her gray cat (Ti-gris also from eugeria). They already had a lot to talk about and became instant pals.
This beautiful trio will certainly have a great time together, telling and reinventing stories, from their lives to their coming together.
I'm sure Ti-gris and Chanel will have plenty to say and share, when Mom's away and back in her room. Once again, a success, and we thank you for it.

I bought this puppy for my sister, who was losing her autonomy, and she liked it as soon as it arrived.
Noting her beautiful relationship with the puppy, I bought her the cat, as a result, she abandoned the puppy to give more attention to the cat, I think that for her, the cat is more attractive than the puppy but I'm not sure of what I'm saying, it's possible that she's been more involved with cats than dogs in her life.
In short, I think both are good products, it's a question of making a choice according to the tastes of the person for whom it's intended.

Excellent companion to liven up her days when she has no visitors.
